Delivery and returns

We won’t accept return if seal tag is broken or if seal is not in original form

– BGW offers a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

– To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received with all original tags and packaging intact.

– Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

– Refunds for returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

• If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
